It's fairly unique for an agency of our size to have their own in-house telephone research centre these days, but at Swift we have purposefully retained these services to ensure we are in control.

Swift's telephone research centre, located in Wetherby, is capable of handling all aspects of telephone market research, whether business or consumer focussed. Our team of telephone researchers can successfully administer all types of calls, from 5 minute appointment setting for depth interviews, to 10 minute customer satisfaction surveys, to hour long depth interviews with 'captains of industry'.
