When participating in our surveys you may be asked about your views, opinions, behaviours and demographics for the basis of genuine market research.

The data we collect will only ever be used for genuine market research purposes. We will never try to sell you anything and will not use your data for marketing purposes unless prior consent has been obtained from you.

Unless otherwise stated within a project’s informed consent, your data will only be used in an anonymised and aggregated format.

How have we obtained your information?

Swift Insight is an online research community owned and managed by Swift Research Ltd. By joining Swift Insight, you have consented to your personal information being held on file to be used for research purposes by Swift Research Ltd.

There are occasions where a client, or a third-party may have provided your information to us for the purpose of conducting market research. Prior to any personal data being passed to us, we always ensure the source is GDPR compliant.

How information is stored and processed

Personal information collected by Swift Research will be stored securely and processed in the UK by Swift Research.

Your personal data will not leave the UK unless your implicit consent is provided during a specific project.

We only retain the personal data collected from a participant for as long as is necessary.
